- Assessment visits and data collection included:
- RCDO Conducted Need assessments
- RCDO trained staff & volunteers for data and collection.
- RCDO conducted community mobilization sessions to 8 communes.
- RCDO Formatted 8 community committees in targeted areas through:
- Established workgroups and assign tasks to each group.
- Conducted orientations for workers on terms, guidelines, and tasks.
- Set upped implementation workplans based on identified initiatives.
- Oversee CFW implementation sites to ensure proper execution:
- Monitored attendance of skilled workers in cooperation with committees.
- Distributed tools to work sites based on needs in Collaboration with NRC.
- Finalized attendance sheets for workers participating in initiatives.
- RCDO assessed the bank account status of the 3,700 project beneficiaries and facilitated the Financial Service Provider’s (FSP) visit to the targeted communities to collect the necessary documents from beneficiaries.
- RCDO prepared to assisted the WFP and NRC in assistance disbursements schedule.
This project is progressing well toward its goals of fostering resilience, economic inclusion, and sustainable development in vulnerable communities.
